Every effort is made to keep the customers cost down, therefore we inventory and clean re-usable turbine wheels, compressor wheels, turbine housings, compressor housings and actuators that meet strict OEM specifications.

Abiding by strict California laws and being an environmentally friendly company we use Omegasonics Power Pro 6000, a water based ultrasonic cleaner with 6000 watts of peak ultrasonic to remove major oil, dirt, and contaminants. After soaking components head to finishing which include plastic, sand, glass media cabinets and then the final touch in a ceramic shaker to get that finishing shine before the assembly line.

BECS Pacific has excessive inventory of high quality component parts straight from the manufacturer to insure that we are able to rebuild any turbocharger at request. During the rebuild process piece parts go through the strictest standards to ensure quality of every turbocharger that is then tested on our CIMAT 48 VSR core assembly high speed balancing machine with speeds up to 280.000 rpm to achieve rotor velocity.

All BECS Pacific rebuilt turbochargers come with a 1 year unlimited mile warranty. Along side each unit comes with the necessary mounting gaskets and installation instructions.
